Oriwa is made by Final Leap. These terms cover your use of Oriwa while it is in private beta. By using Oriwa you agree to them. Questions? Email finalleapai@gmail.com.

You must be 18 or over

Oriwa is for people aged 18 and over. Do not use it if you are younger.

This is a beta

Oriwa is early software under active development. Features can change, break, or be removed, and the service can be slow or unavailable. We may change these terms, change how Oriwa works, or end the beta at any time. If we end it, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your data where we can.

Your data is yours

You own the apps you build and the data you keep in them. We do not claim ownership of them. We process your data only to run Oriwa for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time; see Support.

Acceptable use

Please do not use Oriwa to:

• break the law, or infringe someone else's rights;
• store or share content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive;
• attack, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get around its limits or security;
• send spam, or use Oriwa to harm, deceive, or impersonate others.

We may suspend or remove access that breaks these rules, or that threatens the service.

Provided as is

Oriwa is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. During the beta especially, we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that no data will ever be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, Final Leap is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the beta.
